Please note: I’m unable to accept NEW patients in my private practice at this time, as I currently have a heavy patient load. Please check back in July 2020 when I hope to open it back up. See LINKS for trusted RMT’s in the area who I refer to regularly. If you’re pregnant or post-partum (doesn’t matter how long ago you have birth btw!) you can book with me for Tues and Wed at West End Mamas, I’m accepting new patients there.
COVID-19 UPDATE: (March 24, 2020): My practice closure has been extended until at least April 9, 2020. I will continue to update you here. In the meantime:
**15 minute on-line or phone consultations available (phone, text or email to book) for my clients requiring guidance for pain/injury management, exercise prescription, self-care tools and recommendations, etc… during this time of clinical closure**
**Be sure to follow me on Facebook for my daily Anatomy Facts posts**
Upon returning in April, I will continue to follow these protocols and screening procedures:
If you have symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or any reason to self-quarantine OR have travelled outside of Canada in the past 2 weeks, please cancel your appointment and reschedule for 14 days post-travel or post-symptoms. I am taking the same precautions and also want to you to know, as a regulated health care provider I ALWAYS follow strict universal precautions of infection control which include:
– thorough hand washing before and after every treatment
– use clean linens with each and every patient – anything that touches skin, goes into the laundry (our service uses bleach and high heat cleaning)
– wash all treatment equipment (table, face and arm rest, oil bottles) and all common office surfaces (side table, door handles, etc..) with a broad-spectrum antiseptic spray.
In addition, during the pandemic and moving forward, I’m asking that all patients wash their hands upon arrival and I’m cleaning all bathroom and waiting room surfaces and door handles between each client with antiseptic spray.
Stay safe everyone!!
